Broker Courses

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission regulations require that an applicant for a Broker license must accumulate 16 educational credits before being able to take the Broker's exam. 2 of the required 16 credits must be in a commission approved Real Estate Brokerage & Management course and 2 of the required 16 credits must be in a commission approved Real Estate Law course.
