Continuing Education Courses

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission regulations require that any real estate licensee must complete 14 hours of continuing education every 2 years in order to renew their real estate license. The 14 hours may be in any commission approved course topic. If you take a 2 or 3 credit Broker's course, you have fulfilled your continuing education requirement for that biennium.
