Maryland Continuing Education Courses

The Maryland Real Estate Commission regulations require that any real estate licensee must complete 15 hours of continuing education every 2 years in order to renew their real estate license. The 15 hours may be in any commission approved course topic.

Continuing education is completed during the term of the license and prior to submitting a renewal application. Licensees must complete all hours due for each renewal period prior to submitting a reactivation application.
